Industrial Machining Services
We provide machining services for OEMs in a variety of industries, such as logistics, railroad, transportation equipment, construction equipment, industrial equipment Outdoor Furniture, and Custom Grills. We offer an array of services like milling, profiling, boring, turning, drilling and tapping.
We manufacture to your schedule to deliver high-quality, precision parts that meet your specifications. Our capabilities include:

Sheet Metal Bending and Forming
Sheet metal forming takes flat sheet metal or plate blanks and form or bend them into various shapes with precision and accuracy. The process requires minimal tooling and is compatible with thick metals and long pieces. Our precision Press Brakes are equipped with multi-axis controls and European Style tooling, enabling us to make fast setups and parts with consistent bend accuracy.
Plate Rolling, Angle Rolling
Plate rolling takes flat sheet or plate blanks and rolls them into a round, conical, or custom shape. Angle Rolling takes straight lengths of Angle, Bar, Channel, Tube, and Pipe and rolls (bends, forms them) into round rings.
Sawing
Metal sawing equipment delivers high output while producing tight tolerances. This type of metal fabrication equipment uses computer controls to quickly produce dimensioned parts while maintaining the high precision needed for complex shapes. We saw cut bar, tube, pipe, and structural shapes from carbon steel, aluminum, and stainless steel in parts up to 60 feet long.

PLASMA CUTTING
Plasma cutting uses a mixture of gases in order to create the cut. Plasma cutting generates an intermediate Heat Affected Zone (HAZ). Larger custom holes and cutouts are plasma cut.
This equipment provides highly productive contouring with a high-quality dross-free cut. Additional punching processes include coining and countersinking.

LASER CUTTING
The equipment we use delivers unmatched productivity and scratch-free processing of complex sheet metal parts, including forming and tapping operations for all of our OEM partners. Laser cutting technology is an excellent process for cutting carbon, aluminum alloys, and stainless steel material in gauge thicknesses and plate. Metal laser cutting provides a cleaner edge with better perpendicularity than other forms of flame cutting, along with a smaller kerf and heat affected areas. Difficult profiles, tight tolerances, and precision, high-speed cutting requirements are all great candidates for laser cutting.
WELDING
Our welding department has extensive experience with a wide variety of materials ranging from Cold Roll, Hot Roll P&O, Hot Roll A36, A572, A656, A514 carbon steels, 304, and 316 stainless and 3003, 5052, and 6061 aluminum. Our processes include; GMAW - Gas Metal Arc Welding (Mig), GTAW - Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (Tig or Heli-Arc), SMAW - Shielded Metal Arc Welding (Arc), and Resistance Spot Welding. Welding certifications include AWS D1.1 and DNV & Navy weld procedures and certifications.
