Our quality management system is based on Continuous Improvement with ISO 9000 as the base. Ferro Arte’s quality system is ISO 9001:2015. This certification was only the springboard to our overall quality systems development as evidenced by the continuous improvements that Ferro Arte has undergone since being certified.
